Our mission as a learning school community is to provide a fun and safe learning environment where everyone can get a better education. We will do this by listening to each other and keeping an open mind. We will do this so the people of Whitestone will have a better and brighter future.

Students, keep selling those magazine subscriptions! The profits we earn will go toward upcoming teacher training that will benefit both our faculty and students. Reading for fun helps kids develop the skills they need to become better readers at school, and kids who see their parents sharing a love of reading are more likely to make reading a life-long habit.

Due to projected enrollment size for the 2012-2013 school year, this campus has been closed to new transfers, except for siblings of students who currently attend and who will attend next year. Please be aware that if your student is not zoned to this campus or does not already attend this campus on an approved transfer, this campus is closed and will not be accepting any NEW transfer requests for the following school year, 2012-2013.

We are starting a NEW WAY to collect Box Tops, here is how:
1. Collect Box Tops and glue them onto a collection sheet
2. When the sheet is full, turn in your collection sheet into your teacher.
3. At the end of the month, the class with the most sheets/Box Tops WINS A POPCORN PARTY.

The books will be distributed on Tuesday, May 29th. If there are books left, the price goes up to $16.25 that day, cash only. Book signing party on last day of school, June 1st.

Whitestone crossing guards are available from 7:10a - 7:45a at the intersections of Crystal Falls Pkwy & Lakeline Blvd and Crystal Falls Pkwy & Christine Dr. Due to supervision and safety concerns, please do not send your student to school prior to 7:10a.

1. First, you must first complete the LISD volunteer application. This can be completed online by clicking the "LISD Volunteer Appilcation" link above.
2. Once you receive a confirmation email from LISD, fill out our WatchDOGS registration page by clicking on the "WatchDOGS Registration Page" link below.

C² began as a coalition of clubs at Leander High School in May 2010. The purpose of the club is to promote a culture of caring while bringing awareness to the issue of bullying in schools today. In the first year, the C² organization has grown to include clubs at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Help is available everyday for students, in room 203 from 7:25a - 7:45a. Free breakfast included!
